To clarify.. you are also in particular referring to keeping the connections to proprietary platforms, while operating from āthe bright sideā in better alternatives, right? I think facilitating that with relative ease can be very nice, since most people arenāt prepared to fully ditch the old platforms out of FOMO, anxious to not lose their social connections.
Wrt scraping, thereās also a feature to define. Scraping in reverse. Scraping a proprietary platform is a good way to get your account closed down, but this is always in the context of mass scraping for some purpose, creating a data source for extraction in some other platform. But what if the scraping just reflected your personal use, for platforms that locked you in without proper APIās. You can be entirely shielded from the proprietary platform this way, and it wonāt constitute detectable abuse against Terms of Service.

As for āviewsā, the focus of SX is to scale from 1 to infinity where it comes to solution design. I.e. to satisfy a small need a single person has (personal view) to solutions designed leave large-scale societal imprint, to affect enough change to be able to tackle wicked problems. Deliver so-called SX Holistic solutions.
Your list of "MIGHT"s only contain a sampling of all the social networking interaction data we might deal with (in the case for SX, that is). Hence SX, where it gets more complex, starts to become multi-dimensional. But a first dimension that it uses is Perspectives. Adopt different perspectives, look through different glasses, or wear a different hat. To perceive exactly what is most useful for the occasion. Other dimension are Field and Realm. More to come, SX is emergent evolutionary design approach.
