## [Prosocial Design Network](https://www.prosocialdesign.org/) _The Prosocial Design Network connects research to practice toward a world in which online spaces are healthy, productive, respect human dignity, and improve society. We define prosocial design as the set of design patterns, features and processes which foster **healthy interactions** between individuals and which create the conditions for those interactions to thrive by ensuring individuals’ **safety, wellbeing and dignity**._ Laid out as a pattern library there are currently 45 prosocial patterns that are being not only documented, but also monitored and validated for their effectiveness.. ![Snapshot of the first row of patterns in the library](https://discuss.coding.social/uploads/default/original/2X/3/3aca61b31e56b13e5e7ac656d798588dadaa95f3.png) Also linked from [Wiki for SX Anti-pattern: Comment-first](https://discuss.coding.social/t/wiki-for-sx-anti-pattern-comment-first/614) (ref to [‘delayed commenting’](https://www.prosocialdesign.org/library/delay-by-default-posting) pattern). --- _[View the full topic](https://discuss.coding.social/t/prosocial-design-resources/659)._
