To demonstrate my work method, your post about grounding had the following outcome. Just for fun I will write it down in a pseudo-Gherkin like format, to hook in the idea of an easier interface to techies in organized handover procedures:
Given the Need for Alignment to stimulate Collaboration,
And increase the Potential of the Movement as its Custodian,
And in order to further study the Movement's emergent forces,
When Communication Scientist "Sirius" shows an Interest in Grounding,
Then "Arnold" has Opportunity to facilitate "Sirius",
And rename a planned Instrument called "Centering" to "Grounding",
And make that Concept common ground and part of Ubiquitous language.
Gherkin is handy in the elaboration of DDD Strategic Design, and has a variety of other uses. @helge is doing very interesting things here wrt defining social communication protocols, and expected behaviors in the implementations that are built on top, or incorporate them. Gherkin is used in BDD or Behavior driven development, which can be used in design processes as a natural extension to DDD.
Doing so helps the non-technical person a lot, as - when done well - they are now able to look along over the should of the tech folks as their solution matures in the codebase, without getting lost in the tech talk. There can be more direct interaction and timely steering where things tend to go off track.
The above text simply means that I aligned to you by renaming a term in my conceptual model that drives my decision-making. And that will help smoothen our collab should it become deeper.
PS. Would be nice to kick off a BDD/Gherkin discussion with @helge in chat and bring some insights to the forum. Helge is already elaborating things there.
PPS. Wrt work tracks, “think” elaboration in dream land just led to a decision in “act” reality in hopes for synergy and future value exchange. I just grew Opportunity. I am gardening my life.
